Order Processing

All Meztli products are made in small batches through our trusted production partners. Because of this, each item is produced after your order is placed.

Most orders ship within 5–12 business days.

Processing times may vary slightly depending on product demand or production volume, but we always work to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Within the United States

We currently offer free standard shipping within the United States on all orders.

​

Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5–12 business days after processing.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

 

Expedited Shipping

 

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping may be available.

Please contact us before placing your order so we can check production timelines and provide available options.

International Shipping

 

At this time, Meztli does not offer standard international shipping through our website.

​

However, if you live outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact us before purchasing.

 

In some cases we may be able to arrange international shipping depending on the product and destination.

Additional shipping costs and longer delivery times may apply.

 

Multiple Shipments

 

Because we work with multiple production partners, some items in your order may ship separately. If this happens, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

 

Incorrect Addresses

 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Meztli is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update the address before the order is processed.

Lost or Delayed Packages

 

Once a package has been shipped, delivery times are managed by the shipping carrier. If your package appears delayed or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first.
