Meztli 30-Day Refund Policy

At Meztli, we want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned with original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or limited-edition products (when stated on the product page)

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. We may request photos of the item and packaging to resolve the issue quickly.
